Personal Background

Debra is a Chester County native. She offers her history of living in Chester County, her abiding interest in architecture and her natural dedication to detail to everything with which she’s involved. She resides in the Lenape area with her husband, Rob, a native of Wilmington. Her daughters attend Wilmington Friends School and Gettysburg College. She spends her spare time on interior design and gardening.

Debra holds an MA in Sociology & Social Research from Johns Hopkins University. Her professional experience includes positions in market research, mortgage lending and the ownership of a small business.
